Welcome to NetGuess!

This game was created as a personal programming challenge: building a complete game using only 1 Python script.

It is 100% free, lightweight, and simple to play. Can you guess the secret number in the fewest tries possible?

Features:

  • Smart Feedback: Tells you if your guess needs to be higher or lower.
  • Try Counter: Keeps track of how many attempts you take.
  • Crash-Proof: Built-in error handling so typing letters won't break the game!

How to Play:

  1. Download the NetGuess.exe file below.
  2. Double-click to run it.
  3. Think of a strategy, input your guesses, and hit Check!

Note: Because this game is a standalone indie .exe compiled from Python, Windows might show a temporary warning when you first open it. Simply click "More Info" and then "Run Anyway" to play! It is completely safe.
